I went to Herbal Spa and Nails Oct 18 2013 to have a pedicure and nails painted. The staff was friendly. I noted a red area on the side of my left foot and some pain, days later. I went to a podiatry clinic and was told I had tinea pedis and was given medication to use on my foot. I took the doctor note to the Spa and pictures were taken of my foot. I would think this company should refund my money for the problems.
