My experiences with this place were somewhat disappointing. I chose this place because I trusted the high review, even though I found another place in Burbank more affordable ($110 for cat neuter, with free e-collar). First, I called 4 times and was not able to speak to a real person. Second, they made mistakes on both of my kittens’ paperwork, which thankful they called later and showed me that the vaccine and medicine given were actually right. My experiences with this place on Nov 15 were disappointing and concerning… I chose this place because I trusted the high review, even though I found another place in Burbank offering more affordable option ($110 for cat neuter, with free e-collar), where I went today to get my another 2 kittens’ surgery done.
