Came to do a walk in to vaccinate my cat. By the time we go up to the desk, they said they were shutting down from 12-2 pm for lunch. What was I supposed to do with my cat that had a panic attack on the way here? Either put on google or your website that you completely shut down for 2 hours every day or have enough staff in rotation so this doesn't happen to these poor animals that have to wait anxiously. It's already difficult enough to try & have them leave their home for this.
My experiences with this place were somewhat disappointing. I chose this place because I trusted the high review, even though I found another place in Burbank more affordable ($110 for cat neuter, with free e-collar). I called 4 times and was not able to speak to a real person. They made mistakes on both of my kittens’ paperwork, which thankful they called later and showed me that the vaccine and medicine given were actually right.
