Absolutely awful. They called for a tow on my vehicle the same day I was given a warning for parking in a spot I didn't know I couldn't park in. My vehicle was never towed, but now I have a $1700 bill from collections saying my vehicle was impounded.
These people don’t care. I’ve been renting a unit in Jamestown for 2 years now and things have gotten progressively worse. We have a huge problem with theft and it’s been reported to the property management company multiple times with no solution. They just say to keep sending them time stamped messages when things are happening and they don’t respond. Avoid this company at all costs.
