Seems to be a growing hazard.
I'd like to think there's a reason why they are so terrible at communication, but after seeing all the other reviews I know it's not just me. It's no surprise either that they are not accredited on the BBB as I can't see them passing a vetting process. My HOA sucked when it was run by the home owners and I/we thought it would get better getting a company to manage it. Well the old suck is mostly gone however they've introduced a new kind of suck that sucks more. Avoid this company if you are considering them.
Absolutely awful. They called for a tow on my vehicle the same day I was given a warning for parking in a spot I didn't know I couldn't park in. My vehicle was never towed, but now I have a $1700 bill from collections saying my vehicle was impounded.
