I shopped at snows yesterday and had a positive experience with salesman mark as well as the ladies at the counter. I get my furniture delivered I'm a few days so I will let you know if I really get what I ordered. I hope so. also, I noticed that prices on everything was very reasonable. i was very impressed. on my way there I called Mathis 3 times and talked to 3 rude and ignorant people. Wish I had read all these bad remarks before we bought our couch recliner that doesn't work and their customer service guy John laughs and does nothing. They said they would replace but at our expenses to get it back to them. NOT good customer service. I will get my replacement but they will get my reviews on Google and every other review site I can find.
Took my 91 y/o grandma to buy a new recliner... she chose one, ticket was written up... she asked about free delivery. Salesman Mark Sullivan told her ‘No one does free delivery’ - which is not true. Then he walked over to a group of other sales people who were standing around doing nothing & announced that she was ‘waisting his time’ ... !!! Rude & disrespectful!!! 🤬🤬🤬 oh, yes, I’ll be telling everyone I can what customer service they provide!
One of the worst customer service experiences I have deal with in a long time. Buyer beware. We decided to purchase a mattress and box spring comb on Friday November 16th, 2018. Once we made it home we quickly decided that the box spring was not necessarily as it was to high for my 91 year old grandma. The product wasn’t even used and Snow’s rejected the return.
