I bought a bed back in May and told them I don’t think they sold me a new bed because the side of the mattress is already sinking in. I tried asking for an exchange and they used covid as the reason not to. I felt they should have a sign up saying covid would stop returns and I would’ve went somewhere else bcuZ beds aren’t as comfortable in home as they are on the sales floor. I feel I was totally screwed because Mattress firm was offering a better return deal during this pandemic.
Be a little more concerned about furniture that has manufacture defects. Don't charge for pick-up of defected furniture that is still under manufactures warranty! Never hang up on a customer with complaints about customer service or manufacturer defects. Listen and try to help!
RecommendedPurchased an accessory from them, super friendly, great people to work with, and I love that they are right here in my neighborhood. Will definitely purchase from them again.

They may be able to remove a racist post, but they can’t erase the fact that they made the post in the first place. Don’t support this business.
Their xenophobic “marketing” on facebook will keep me from buying anything from them. Thanks for showing your ignorance so I can make informed decisions on where I spend my money!
Our salesman Mark was wonderful! We came in looking for two full mattress sets for my twin girls. Mark took us to a Serta that they had on special. No major sales pitch, not pushy at all just gave us the facts. What was nice was he did not try to upsell us any. We picked up at the warehouse on the same day we bought them. When we got home and took the beds out of the packages, we noticed an oil stain on one of the mattresses. Great customer service and they respect and want your business. Other furniture places like Sunshine furniture have NO customer service whatsoever. So Snows has a really good reputation.
