Snow's lies We went in to buy a recliner. My husband found one he liked and we asked the salesman how long it would take to get it in. He told us 3-4 weeks max. We asked him if he was sure because another store had told us on a different brand it would take 6 - 8 weeks and we did not want to wait that long and if it was going to take longer than 4 weeks, we'd rather keep looking. great prices beautiful furniture I love this place it always smells like pop corn. My kids loving going with us because they get free pop corn and pop. They treat their customers very well rather you buy something or not. There is not pushy sells people there. They have a variety of furniture and some great deals here. I would recommend them for sure. They are top at the line in my book. It is always so clean and organized I never see dust on anything.
sofa/loveseat sucked I bought a sofa and love seat. two different time i took the sofa in for repairs because the middle part started sagging. second time cost me $65. and it still sagged. it is now sitting in my garage for sale and i paid plenty for it. They told me because we sat in the middle part of the sofa and that is why it sagged (IT IS A SOFA) the last time I took it in they staples a towel to the bottom to hold it up. Incompetent Put a down payment on a coffee table, then paid the balance. Called a week a head of time to schedule pickup. Called the morning of the pickup and they said they had 3 and one of them was being held for me. Drove over an hour so they could tell me that they didn't have one, but they did have a beat up floor model if I would like that. The told me that it would be about 2-3 weeks for another one to arrive. Took them 30 minutes to find a salesperson to locate the floor model. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.... read more
Customer service is not acceptable I'm not very happy with the customer service we have received from there. We did their layaway plan and I went in on Wednesday and paid off the balance. They told me it would be delivered after 3 on Thursday. Very Unhappy Very disatisfied Bought sofa, loveseat and chair 2 months ago and the cushions won't stay on the couch. They wouldn't stand behind it and the manager wouldn't even bother to call me back. $2200.00 down the drain
They Took Care Of Me My girlfriend and i bought a sofa and love seat in january of 2013. After we picked it up and took it home we noticed a small tear on the arm. We called the store and spoke to john. He was really nice and told us if we would bring it back we could switch it out for another. Everyone we talked to was polite and we havn't had any other problems since then. I will go back and i tell people all the time to check them out.
good quality mattress I went to buy a new mattress from this store and I am impressed by the quality of the mattress. There are so many brands for you to choose. Also they got a huge showroom which is full of best known brands of furniture. Also the salesperson is knowledgeable and very nice too. PROS: good quality CONS:
