So, once again Snow's automotive has come to the rescue! I took my truck to Wes for what I thought was a brake issue. Turned out to be a transmission issue. The warranty company I have was no help, but Wes pointed me in the right direction to get my truck fixed at absolutely no cost to me! Snow's is hands down the best automotive shop in Madison County and possibly the world! They treat you like family and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!
Snow's is an amazing place to go for any automotive issues! They are professional and meticulous. Wes and his mechanics were able to save me potentially thousands of dollars of future work by resolving an issue that was extremely hard to pinpoint. I've never seen an automotive center so dedicated to helping their customer and making sure that they are completely satisfied! I can't recommend them enough!

After talking with the local Ford dealership, I decided to use Wes to do my Ford F-150 plugs. Very nice to deal with and honest. Really a pleasure to talk with! His mechanical IQ is very high. I would definitely recommend Snow’s to anyone for difficult mechanical tasks. Thanks Wes!
