Dicked us around for almost two months regarding insurance authorizations and patient intake appointments. Cancelled intake appointments multiple times. They said its because they had three nurse practitioners quit. Now we have to start the referral process all over again with primary care doctor.
My mother passed away under the care of Snowline. I am incredibly grateful for their compassion and understanding. Everyone we dealt with was kind and empathetic. Several years later, we requested Snowline when my dad needed hospice care. The support was still strong.

This hospice company failed my dying daughter. They focused more on medication than her pain or comfort. Staff spent visits typing in a notebook instead of looking at her or seeing her suffering. They kept saying “I’ll bring it next time” when she needed help immediately. In the end I was told everything was “in my hands,” with no real support from hospice. As her mother, this was devastating. They acted more like pill pushers than caregivers. I would never recommend them.
