We have absolutely adored the staff at this clinic, but had a misdiagnosis for months with the correct diagnosis being found quickly by a physical exam by another vet and confirmed by a specialist at the Auburn Vet School. Further, follow up care to the misdiagnosis was expensive, not ideal and could potentially cause more problems.
I can not thank Dr. Carter and all the Staff at Snowdoun Vet enough. All of you have helped me in one way or another. Update on Gravy he’s back to his old busy body self.
What a fantastic experience. All the girls were so nice right from the phone call to make the appointment. Dr was excellent, informative and didn't make us feel rushed. They were very good with Jinga and found time after her visit to give her a bath and grooming. Love this place, made me feel like I was home. Highly recommend them !!��

My Dog Lucky is real Lucky to have Dr. Carter & Dr. Pertle to tend to him.When he got hit by a 18 wheeler years ago,and other needs he has needed over the years has been AWESOME.It is like going home to True Family.He has been there several times for Dogie Daycare when needed.The LOVE he received has spoiled him many times over.He is almost 13 years old now so like me he is an old man.I must say my Dog is my BEST Friend and I am HONORED to have these Doctors and a KIND Staff tending to his every need.This is a PRICELESS GIFT... read more

I LOVE this veterinary hospital! The staff really care about your precious pets! Jennifer is the best and she keeps you updated and informed.
I had a horrible experience with this place. My puppy had worms during his first visit, then his second visit my boyfriend took the puppy, instead of myself. The assistant accused him of not feeding the dog because he was so skinny. No fricken duh, he's going to be skinny after having two types of worms. Will NOT be back here at all!
