Excellent customer service! In house jewelry repair...sometimes, on the spot! How great is that...you don't have to drop off your jewelry and then wait 2 weeks for it to be repaired...make another trip to pick it up...Excellent customer service. I had a watchband that was broken. Took it in and since they weren't real busy right at the moment my watchband was fixed in less than 5 minutes, handed back to me.
