My family has used Snowden Funeral Home for many years. Most recently (October 8, 2020), Snowden Funeral Home provided burial services for my father. The entire staff was very professional and took care of all our needs. We had a short turn around time and they were able to accommodate the date we had selected. I highly recommend Snowden Funeral Home. Snowden has buried my family for close to 100 years. We have always dealt with Mr. Snowden. My sister passed on May 15, 2020 and we were assigned Mark Dooms. Mr. Dooms was a commensurate professional. Since Covid-19 things have been very different with funerals. Only 10 people in the service. Mr. Dooms caringly explained the state mandated procedures. Snowden funeral home took wonderful care of me and my family when we lost my brother. They are very compassionate and understanding. You can really see that they do things out of care and love for others rather than because it's their job.
My family has been dealing with the Snowden family for decades. Three generations of Snowden’s have handled the final arrangements for 90% of our loved ones. Compassion, attentiveness and fairness are just some of the adjectives I use to describe their superior service.
Mr Snowden brought in a bill from 6 yrs ago during our initial visit to Snowden demanding money from a person we don’t know or are related to. He had to be physically restrained because he wanted to hit three women that told him his behavior was inappropriate He is a horrible man. Please stay away from this place.!!!
