The red beans were undercooked, matcha snow was bland and packed. Snow icecream is supposed to be airy and fluffy not compact and icy. They also ran out of bubbles... overall disappointed.

For anyone not familiar with the concept of "snow ice": a large circular block of frozen flavored milk is shaved very thinly and topped with assorted goodies, i.e. mochi, red beans, taro pudding.
