Took me over 9 years to be accepted into anything hajc, then I get a new apt. We are all very happy to have a affordable (clean) home, which is a need. Honestly, I am upset because I have been attacked multiple times by different people in different ways. Parking is not regulated or consistent. STC and IIC ratings have to be so minimal or none existent. My neighbor's kids beat on the walls 24/7, and screaming which affects my children. I’m blessed to live here with my son. My neighbors are fantastic, it’s quiet, scenery is beautiful. Management has always responded to me in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone seeking affordable housing.
