I was looking for a company to service to open, service and close our pool for the season. I called several companies and got recorded messages, some of who didn't call back and wasn't having much luck. I next called Snow Pools and Nick answered the phone and gave me a concise outline of their services and prices. Snow Pool employees are efficient, polite, professional and punctual. Used 1 time to clean pool. Length of time approximately 20 minutes.Pool remained Cloudy and turned green. difficult to reach and they told us to check the ph and backwash. Isn't that there job. Money wasted. I never write a review but what a waste .of time and money.
Terrible customer service. My parents waited for Bill all day after having confirmed his service with him the previous night. No courtesy call to say he’s running late. When we called to enquire he brushed us off as if we were of little importance.
