What a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT use these lawyers. Not only did my lawyer stop fighting for me after he was retained and getting a portion of my checks, but he switched me to a different lawyer in the middle of my case, and didn’t tell me when the hearings were so I couldn’t even be apart of my own case (after I told him I wanted to). Absolute waste of time; if I could rate them lower than one star I'd do it, as that's the rating they deserve. I had injuries that were captured on video at my place of employment and advised my attorney during our initial consultation of the video surveillance and they didn't even bother to subpoena the video evidence; a first year law student would know to subpoena the video when an incident is captured on film. I lost a case that should've been an easy slam-dunk case to win had my attorney give even a smidgeon of effort. ... read more
