I was told for months that I stopped breathing well sleeping, then I started to wake up gasping for air. Scared me like crazy. Found Snore MD on line and found out they have a test kit for sleep apnea at home. Turns out I was waking up 65.1 times a hr…. That’s insane… no motivation and wanting to nap come noon, not normal for me. I’m now day 21 on machine, holy shit I’m back haha. So much energy, bags under eyes disappearing.
