It was a big issue with getting the RX for the sleep apnea machine as they only wanted us to purchase the machine through them... Instead of answering the questions about another machine that I was going to purchase somewhere else, the staff were continuously negative and only promoted their products.
Best place to get service and questions answered. When I was not a client they treated me very well. I then became a client and have not regretted this decision. All of the staff are very nice and friendly. I even recomended them to my doctor for referral. Joe Vassallo
