I'm a Seattle Cancer Care Alliance employee and I'm incredibly impressed by the compassion, knowledge, and professionalism of the ER staff at this hospital after my first visit here. I'm so thankful that we have such a clean, beautiful facility with very capable staff here in the Valley.

We have recently taken my daughter there for some lab tests, and they had trouble finding her veins and drawing her blood in the lab. They tried twice in one arm and hit a nerve instead of the vein which she said really hurt, and then when trying in the other arm poking her they still couldn't hit a vein so they ended up having to draw her blood from the back of her hand instead which took longer for them to get the 3 viles filled that they needed.

My preferred emergency care for my daughter when she cannot breathe. We have a dangerous variation if asthma that doesn't respond to any rescue meds, and anaphylactic reactions to all ephedrines. Truly great care. We call ahead and they're ready the second they see us at the door, stabilizing her first, figuring out everything else later.
