I was pretty disappointed. I suppose I expected more with it being affiliated with Sharky's on the Pier. First of all the road was absolutely miserable getting back to the restaurant. I had the fish and chips. Even though the texture of the breading was nice it had no seasoning to it. I ended up not eating it. By pure luck we found Snook Haven and we are so glad we did. Great food, friendly staff and an awesome laid back atmosphere. We can't wait to go back for a Florida Cracker beer and a shrimp po boy, yum!!!

Great place and super packed on a Thursday at noon for some kickin' banjo music, the hour narrated, historical boat ride on the Myakka and lunch. Luckily, they had parking attendants and a bumpy shuttle to take us down the mile long dirt road to the restaurant! My sister, brother-in-law and I had the brisquet and my husband, the fish and chips. The food was delivered to our table 6 minutes after we ordered it and was so good! Unbelievable service and the Best fish my husband ever had! Quite the unique experience!
Great Food! We had the Sunrise Salad with Smoked Salmon, Fried Okra, Shrimp & Chips with Collard Greens. Everything was Excellent! Cant wait to go back and try the smoked chicken!
Not 5 stars due to the road to get there and the parking. Food was good though much smaller portions than I remember. Band was great and all the employees went out of their way and we're exceptional!! . Fix your road then it will be 5 stars!
Food is fine. The road sucks for bikes and should be fixed because alot of bikers like the place but don't go because of the shitty road conditions.
Food was good ,but the road getting t it on motorcycles was terrible. Won't go there until i know the road has been fixed
Meats were a little dry for my liking! Nice atmosphere and will try them again to see if it was just a bad day
