These people are the biggest hindrance to justice in Snohomosh County. They don't understand probable cause or all of the laws in the RCW. They will refuse to prosecute property crimes outright and won't prosecute if they aren't familiar with that law. They also refuse to prosecute a crime if the warrant was not reviewed by their office prior to going to a judge. They accepted the lie the accused gave the court without question and dropped the case. I'm surprised anyone is convicted in Snohomish county.
