Had to schedule an emergency you exam after my tooth broke last night. from the call to the after hours line last night, panicking and asking them how to adult like this, to the check out process, everyone was fantastic. Sweet and nice people. Doc was amazing and dare I say, light handed with the pokes, as was his hygienist. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, just a really good experience on an already sucky day.
I have experienced nothing but excellence since I first called to book a new patient exam/cleaning/ X-rays. As a prior dental and orthodontic assistant, I was slightly embarrassed to admit it had been several years since I’d been seen. Dr. Schubel was so kind and thorough that I left feeling much better about the overall health of my teeth and gums. The staff is kind, compassionate, skilled, funny, prepared, timely, dedicated and so much more than I've ever thought I'd find in a dental experience. I cannot recommend Snohomish Modern Dentistry enough.
its terrible had apt today and I was schedule this last may 8 at 7 am then they make changes without telling me to 10 am I never schedule my self later thedaycause I worked night shift .who wants to go to sleep at 8 am then wake up to 10 am forappt ? do you?
I came in for an emergency extraction today because my dentist couldn't fit me in. Not only were they able to fit me in, the entire process was completely pain and stress free. I can't give them enough praise!!

I walked into the office this morning at 830 in tears due to an abscess and infected tooth. The staff was so understanding and compassionate and got me right back into an exam chair. I had xrays and shots to numb my gums super quick. It was then decision time. Root Canal or Extraction, which I chose the latter. Dentist had the tooth out and the abscess all clean super quick, and here I sit 8 hours later feeling better then I have in days. I will definitely be going back for my dental needs. Thank You Ladies!!!!
