Had to get a certified birth certificate today and the staff was SO friendly. The receptionist greeted me right into the building and pointed me the right way, then the staff in the actual little office were so helpful. So much cheaper than going through the process online. Was able to use the self serve kiosk and get a certified copy in minutes. So worth the trip!
