These people are the worst
You better go paperless because they do not send out their bills. And when you dont receive them they blame usps. When I contacted USPS myself in person they seemed very frustrated as this has been an ongoing issue with PUD. They searched for any lost mail and found nothing. Nor any proof of attempt to send out the bill monthly. They do not document all the notes in the calls either.
