I dont think highly of this place, we took our family for open swim lastnight and the woman working the desk was extremely rude, when i questioned her if it would be ok for my kids to wait indoors ( and yes sufficiently long hallways out of the elements) and she covered her ears and said " i dont hear you!!!" and made our family wait outside in freezing temps and kids almost didnt get a" swim ticket" because their dad was waiting in the car with them so they didnt freeze to death, the pool is much smaller than the pics look,... read more
It's refreshing that you listened to public comments opening week and made patient and thoughtful changes already to pricing and policies which make it smoother for families. It is a gorgeous facility and we love having you as a neighbor!
First, figure out how people need to check in, second all your employees should know the rules, 3rd your River area not safe 4th turn your showers down so people don't burn themselves
I've been twice this week with my 8 year old and 4 year old. The facility is beautiful and the recreation area is very kid friendly with lots of area for my little ones to learn to swim. I have 2 MAJOR concerns. 1.Today we tried to make the 4:00 open swim and it was full. We decided to wait and were told the line started outside. Everyone is expected to wait outside while it's freezing. It was 36 degrees and people were arriving an hour early to get in line.
