This place is great, it'll be better when they figure out scheduling. Wasted gas and messed with nap time to make it to the preschool beach swim time slot and because it was slotted in with a homeschool program, families and small children were being turned away because they were at full capacity half an hour after it was open for the small kids. Not cool. My 2 year old was very upset that we had to drive by a place he knows is fun because they were full.

I signed my daughter up for swim classes. Show up the day they are suppose to start and then they tell me that she cant start today, that their staff didnt do their job correctly and I'm going to have to sign up for next start date (this is after I drive 45 min to get to Snohomish from Gold Bar). Ok, so I start filling out the new paperwork that staff gave me ( they see me doing this. even give me a pen) it takes about 30 min. to get all the info down and then i go back up to the counter to submit paperwork and make sure my ... read more

We are sorry about your experience and will certainly talk with our staff! Our swim lessons schedules are available in paper form at the facility and are posted on our website. There was a session from March 3-April 5 and the next is from April 14-May 17. Nothing has changed and our paperwork and website reflect these dates. We apologize for any confusion on our part.
