This was the best experience that I have ever had at the dentist office. The staff and dentist were very welcoming and friendly. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and as you can imagine I was very nervous. No need to worry! The manager Jordan was super nice and helpful in giving me all of the information I needed for insurance. The rest of the staff was just as nice and patient with me and I really appreciate that!
Excellent as always! Jordan and the new associate up front were wonderful! I had a change in insurance and they promptly confirmed. New hygienist Fatima was great and handled me with the utmost care. I'm so glad I found Dr. Witt's dental office! 😁 Dr. Witt took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I'm on the path to good health. Fateemah Mc., the hygienist, really made a lasting impression, her attention to detail and positive vibes made my cleaning super comfortable. I left feeling confident and smiling (thanks to my sparkling teeth 😁). The whole staff was super kind, can't wait to come back!
Overall, I had a great experience at Snodental in Marietta, GA. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout my visit. Everything went smoothly and the service itself was really good. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the price changing after everything was already completed. The front office staff is warm friendly and professional. The facility is welcoming as well as clean. My hygienist was friendly and very through with my cleaning and making sure my concerns were address completely. Dr Snodental was wonderful and addressed my concerns as well I look forward to a long relationship with the practice. It is so refreshing to receive excellent customer service.
