RecommendedI stopped in around 3:15 today. My generator has been running like a top for 2 days and then it died so I was going to spray out the carb to see if it would help. They didn't have power either, but they asked if I could bring it in. By 6pm it was back at my house purring like a kitten. They had no power, no internet, 2 days after a storm and they went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
Place is a joke. I needed a belt off a old machine, probably 30years old. They refused to sell me a belt because i didnt have a serial number for my machine. Prices of new machines are overpriced as well.
These guys are fantastic! The day before Mother Nature dumped more than a foot of snow on us Mike in sales was able to help me out with a great deal on a new Husqvarna snow blower and deliver it to the house (it wasn't fitting in my Dodge Grand Caravan). I found my resource for my outdoor power equipment needs!👍💪🌨
This may actually be the worst power equipment and service company out there. Picked up my John Deere mower for service on 10/5/18. Called next day telling me I needed a new PTO cable and spring, part would be ordered and I should have the machine back in a week. Two weeks pass, no feedback on machine, call placed to find out timeline for machine return part back ordered no idea when it would be in and was hung up on by Service Coordinator. Have dealt with Paul and his staff for years. They will always be the best for price, service and most of all seling you the right product. They train you how to use the product, that you purchase, at time of purchase, and assure you to call if there is any problem. Their staff is super, and knowledgable.
If you're looking for someone to repair or service your lawn mower or snow blower, I highly recommend Sno-White in Southington. They'll even provide pick-up & delivery for a reasonable charge. Turnaround time is very reasonable and their customer service is awesome. We have a riding mower that I thought we'd have to get rid of because the deck was cutting too low. Charlie, the service manager, worked on this mower diligently until he found a solution. I can't say enough great things about this business.
They were initially a great company who went the extra mile to repair my old tractor. However since then they sold me a new very expensive tractor their support has been horrible. I'm small & made it very clear that I was the one riding the mower. Unfortunately the blades shut off on me constantly because I don't weight enough to maintain contact on the sensors while mowing. They have no solution & I'm out $3500!!
Paul is simply the best. I will always be a customer as their level of service can not be beat. If you're in the market for power equipment look no further.
