Horrible customer service and they clearly don't know how to do the job properly. I called ahead for a $20 tire change, but when I got there, they struggled with the task. After finishing, they tried to charge more because "these are run flats," despite never mentioning that beforehand. The next day, the tire was flat because it was installed wrong.
