The staff is extremely rude. When I called to make an appointment they were basically shouting in my face. They sounded like they were old ladies in their 60s who live with 50 cats at home. When I accidentally missed my visit because of the negative degree weather outside (really cold and snowy!!) they gave me attitude and said "You could've at least called" when my phone had died on the way there which is how I got lost. I asked if I could reschedule and all they told me was "NO." And I hung up on them because what kind of ... read more
