Great experience! I find it sad anyone would have any negative to say about this place. My family and I are regulars and are always treated with respect. I am a very humble person and I understand people have their off days. They are human too. The girls are beautiful and are great employees. Sara has been nothing but nice to our family and we will continue to give them our business!
Rude owner The owner of snips & giggles is rude. I took my 1 1/2 year old son for a cut. He cried the entire time because he was scared... To be expected at this age. The owner said to him "Do you just want to look at yourself cry in the mirror?" Try being a little compassionate. You wonder why you didn't calm him down. Children are good at reading people. Then when the next child came in she said to the parents, "she'll be with you when she's done with the crier" right in front of me! Considering you own a child's hair salo... read more
Humiliated at Snips & Giggles I rated the employees there 5 for World Class because they must be saints to be working for an owner like that. The owner gets a big fat 0. My daughter had a mini mani for her birthday with her 3 friends at Snips & Giggles. They were so excited, and we heard such great things about the place. It's happy & charming on the inside, but the owner,Sara is not. Sara's employees are all extremely happy and nice. Sara the owner assisted one of her employees.
