Impeccable service! Professional yet hip establishment. I've bounced from stylist to barber from stylist to barber and finally found my perfect medium. From the simplest to the most creative cuts. Snippz can get busy--booking in advance is Highly recommended.
Lala is really good. Love my new color. The girls are very polite and professional. Very friendly atmosphere. Very happy with my new hairstyle.
RecommendedFirst time here and it went great! Both my boys loved their cuts! Well sort of, my oldest was afraid to say something about his cut but Drew took care of it and he left happy! LaLa was great as well, my son said he always want to get his cut by her! Loved being able to book an appt online!
Always friendly to the customers and having music for the customers or movies. Great group of professionals.
This place is always busy. Which to me is a great thing, I don’t mind the wait. Because if it wasn’t busy then they wouldn’t be doing something right.
Staff is very friendly and barbers are very professional
Had a mixup with the appointment. It involved not getting a confirmation email or text, which I assume it didn't go through because the first time I scheduled I did received one. I try to set an appointment for another day got the email and text confirmation, but it was canceled by barber. When I text to ask why he told me because of the missed appointment. I explained to him my situation, and I never got a response back. Poor customer service on their part.
New at this great place love the people and Drew does a great job !!! Will recommend him
