The front desk person is extremely unprofessional. I been coming here before the change of owners. My children use to get haircuts with Ana,Rosa, Zana and Karla. 2 weeks ago i scheduled an appointment online the front desk lady called me to ask me if i had scheduled the correct person Zana. I felt confused by her question. Basically she profile my son based on race. Assuming I wanted to schedule Karla bc only she knew how to cut my sons hair. Carla gave my 2 yr old his first haircut and she was fantastic! She was fast and precise! Exactly what is needed for a 2 yr old who at any moment can decide he has had enough! We were able to walk in and just wait a few mins for a haircut! Thank you Carla!
