Have had my cat for a few weeks, rescued off the street and was needing a quick and affordable place! They got it done, appointments are first come first serve and I got in a week later! Awesome group of people and super nice! I came in early and my cat, her paperwork, and medicine was all together and she was ready. Writing this the night of and she is doing very well, happy, energetic, and not in any pain what so ever! Highly recommend!
Rude and disrespectful people won't let you talk, will over talk you, will cancel your appointment and refund you when you asked for the next available date, you call to try to figure out the refund and they yell at you over the phone then blame you for their actions and refuse you offer their service with no apology or anything. Do not go here!
The staff was all so nice but did get our paperwork screwed up but that wasn't a big deal and they were very quick in and out on under 10 minutes for shots for 2 pets
Although they performed the neuter as expected. The collar that was given was not functional. The cats got them off in seconds
