I booked an appointment with this stylist within 78 hours and received a confirmation for **September 17th at 11:00 a.m.** I arrived at **10:50 a.m.**, ten minutes early. I booked Leena Tee. She told me my silk press was going to cost $170 and then she told me $245 after the appointment. And then she gave me curls (without telling me it's going to cost money, whiles she was doing my hair she kept on saying "your hair was way worse before". And I still have a bad end to my hair. I'm not going there again.
I did not receive a service, she was braiding her hair arrived. After some talking it became Very apparent she didn't want to my hair. A lot of excuses, the kind of flat twist I won't last long(she didn't discuss in detail what i want), she does natural hair, but not flat twist(only on relaxed hair),she has another stylist coming in at 5:30 in the same breathe say 'but you probably don't wanna wait that long.'
