My friend recently frequented this shop and had her very long beautiful hair damaged beyond repair. What she wanted was a subtle lightening, and the highlights turned out platinum blonde. It was horrifying! While trying to find resolution, the manager refused to refund her money. In fact, the manager blamed my friend, telling her she explained to her that the lightening would dry the hair out some. She offered her some oil treatments, like it was going to do any good. Love this place! Stacie and Stephanie are both AMAZING! They always seem to know what I want, even when I can't decide.
This is a great place to go to Marsha knows exactly what I want to do and how I want it done and cut for my brother Teddy. She also takes care of him and my dad very well I love going here when Marsha is working at the Seneca location.
I have been going to the Seneca Location here in Wichita recently. I was having a hard time find someone and decides to try Snip and Clip. Brittany is awesome. She is the reason I have visited again.
