TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND THE SAME OWNER OWNS THE HUDSON LOCATION!!!! I purchased prepaid haircuts and this location has closed. Instead of refunding the money, they are saying I have to drive 45 minutes to a different location and 45 minutes back home for 5 minute haircut. This is terrible business!!!! You should be refunding everyone’s money since the services at the Rocky River location are no longer being provided. If I wanted to get my child’s haircut in Hudson, I would have bought the package there!!!!!!!!!!
Customer experience and service is the last thing this owner cares about. Takes your money but because no longer convenient to have this store open closes unexpectedly and says you can drive over 45 minutes to use in instead of going to the nearest Snip it’s 15 minutes. Owners just want the money in their pocket without regard for the customer.
