I've bought new tires there and recaps. They were never my first choice but after today I will NEVER buy anything from here again. Tried to ask about scrapping some old casings but when I told him I didn't plan to buy any new ones today He hung up on me! I tried calling him back but he didn't answer. Called from another number and he answered, imagine that. Rude to say the least

Poor Customer Service.. They are More Concerned with Selling You what you don't Need.. As to Fixing and Resolving the Main Issue.. This Shop is a Joke.. I Wouldn't Allow them to Service my Bicycle..
