Very disappointing and unprofessional. Nichole was Very rude during our phone converasation. She talked over me and continuously interupted me. Ive had to come back numerous times over the years to make it look right. Many other times the eye looked off but I let it go withouthout saying anything. I was so apprehensive a few years ago when I first had to go to SNG labs. I was scared and nervous. Zach Was so kind, compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring that I felt 100% better after meeting him. The service and care here is outstanding. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I now go regularly and I couldn’t be happier with my service and the situation there .Zack is so patient with me. SNG is a wonderful and professional company. For years Zach has created beautiful artwork for my sons prosthetic eye. Zach’s work is impressive and I love SNG. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!
I am overjoyed with my prosthesis; Zach my incredibly gifted ocularist/artist made all the difference after my eye ‘died’; nobody has to know about my monocular vision. The admin/front office staff is efficient, friendly; you feel like they really Care. & now that SNG is in the south in Sweetwater it is so easy for me; the new office is centrally located, spacious, brand spanking new!
