I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The hygienist explained everything to me and my daughter clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. I love my Dentist! She is amazing! When she was on maternity leave, I almost changed where I took my family! She is irreplaceable, honest, kind, and shows that she really cares about me and my family’s wellbeing! I would recommend bringing the family to her! The staff are great as well…even though I had a bit of a negative experience while my dentist was on leave and someone else was filling in for her… I am assuming the staff was Following the directions of the leader that was filling in… But the staff are amazing under her... read more
I mixed up my daughter’s appointment date and they were kind enough to fit us in anyway. Dr.Miller and the Hygienists were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really like the fat they were using modern technology (X-ray) and my daughter didn’t need to leave the chair. I watched Dr. Miller handle a younger, ailing patient with care. This office is also open on Saturday, a plus for parents. We will be returning here for our future dental needs.
I needed to change dental clinics for one closer to my home. This one came highly recommended by my insurance, and I was not disappointed. At first when I went, I was worried it was closed, because there is construction in front of the entrance of the parking lot, but was happy to see that it was not. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Snellville Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is rare for me because I have severe dental anxiety. The office itself is clean and has a very calming atmosphere that immediately helped ease some of my nerves. Kay was absolutely amazing!
