I needed to change dental clinics for one closer to my home. This one came highly recommended by my insurance, and I was not disappointed. At first when I went, I was worried it was closed, because there is construction in front of the entrance of the parking lot, but was happy to see that it was not. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Snellville Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is rare for me because I have severe dental anxiety. The office itself is clean and has a very calming atmosphere that immediately helped ease some of my nerves. Kay was absolutely amazing! I recently visited Snellville Dental and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff greeted me warmly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I wasn’t kept waiting more than a few minutes past my appointment time.
My experience at Snellville Family Dental was delightful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the time I walked through the door! Even the experience of getting my bite wing exam was pleasant. The hygienist, Miss Georgia, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with the dentist, Dr. Eaton, was the icing on the cake! I purchased the insurance they have for people without insurance was told I need a tone of work done. Had a feeling done on left to back tooth. After the appointment when I got in the car tooth felt as though there was still ruff edges eventually that went away. But the tooth in front of it was bleeding a little bit and felt sensitive. Went back to them to tell them something wasn’t right. The Lady says oh you have a chipped tooth. Really sounds like you did that. The killer part $1500 to have that fixed.
