I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Snellville Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is rare for me because I have severe dental anxiety. The office itself is clean and has a very calming atmosphere that immediately helped ease some of my nerves. Kay was absolutely amazing! My experience at Snellville Family Dental was delightful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the time I walked through the door! Even the experience of getting my bite wing exam was pleasant. The hygienist, Miss Georgia, was very knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with the dentist, Dr. Eaton, was the icing on the cake! Snellville Family Dental is awesome! The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. I met with Kiara and Ka’Millya, who were both so kind and made me feel comfortable and confident during my visit. The dentist I saw was fantastic—he was not only kind but also genuinely invested in creating the right treatment plan for me. I really appreciated how the whole team listened to my concerns and tailored their instructions to my unique needs. I will definitely be returning! :)

My first visit with Georgia went really well! She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable. She was very professional ,& explained everything in detail. She’s a very good hygienist.

I went here after my longtime dentist stopped taking my insurance. Big mistake. I asked twice for my records to be transferred, yet they weren’t on file when I arrived—even though I’ve had extensive work and a major surgery. The office looked dated, and while the staff were friendly, the equipment was old. The dentist walked in, declared I had gum disease and three cavities before even examining my mouth, then she tried to sell me over $1,000 in unnecessary procedures.
