Dr Snell and his staff have been taking care of our family for over 30 years. He is by far the most trusted medical professional I know. Our family continues to rely on him and his staff as our first choice for health care even though the kids are on their own now and we live further south. The kids love finding their childhood photos in the collage on the walls at check-out. His emphasis on preventive care and patient education are priceless and his referrals have always been great too.

Dr Snell has been my primary physician for over 20 years now. I called his office Monday afternoon for an appointment and they were able to give me an appointment for Wednesday morning. Yes, I had to wait but I was so happy just to be seen so quickly. He was able to diagnose my problem and treat me that day. I find Dr. Snell easy to talk to and he gets my sense of humor! I have recommended him to friends and family members : )

Dr. Snell is the BEST doctor one could ask for!!!! My husband and I have been seeing him for 25-30 years. He is caring, kind, and listens to your concerns. I thank GOD we have such a wonderful doctor. I trust his opinions and advice 110%. Sometimes you do have to wait a few minutes in the waiting room, but that is because he gives his patients ALL the time they need.

Staff outrageously rude! When my questions become quarrels in .5 seconds during my first attempt at scheduling an (accute/urgent) but not life threat.. appt. I was pretty sure there was something wrong. Giving them a 2nd chance, I scheduled an appt 2 wks out. I arrived, was like they prepared to quarrel - instant rudeness, as far as cutting off my speech when ever I spoke - once again, raised voices and no attempt at understanding! I managed a clinic! I know this is not right! WE HAVE CHOICES!

Dr. Snell is friendly and helps with the basics however, his front office staff is terrible - rude, unfriendly and based on my interaction with them TODAY, it doesn't seem as if they care too much about patient privacy. They don't utilize GRITS so if you are taking your children there they will not put your information in which is a huge inconvenience having to take all of their records to the health department.

This practice exists solely to bill insurance. What other professional corporations will do over the phone (customer service) this practice will not consult unless there is a billable option that can be pursued regardless. No focus on the patient is considered, only what can be billed to insurance. As well, Doctor doesn't listen to patients and has a treatment (generally expensive and relatively unneeded) ready before you have even finished talking. Bedside manner (if you want to call it that d

I find Dr. Snell to be very helpful. I have never felt like he was trying to run out the door before I had a chance to ask all my questions. He seems knowledgable in any problems I have had to ask him about. The office atmosphere seems more relaxed and personable than most dr. offices. The adjustments he does on me help tremendously with my pain. I am even able to do without some pain pills occasionally. I have made him my family doctor after a long search.

My experience with Dr. Snell was poor. On several occasions, he told me that my health problems were due entirely to being overweight, and he gave me poor diet advice (low fat, high carb in the form of whole wheat) which resulted in me gaining weight and getting more sick. I even had to have emergency gall bladder removal. Rather than investigate food sensitivities or allergies (which I now know I have), he accused me of lying about my food intake on a diet diary. Absolutely do not recommend.
