On May 6, 2026 around 2:30PM, I visited this storage business with my medical service dog, Kobe, after it was recommended to me by a friend. The owner, Katie Damico, immediately told me to “take it out of here” after seeing my service dog. I informed her that Kobe is my medical service dog, and she responded by saying, “There’s no such thing as that.” I explained that service dogs are protected under ADA law, but she continued demanding that I remove him from the office and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. Maybe I will be able to change this soon, but I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Snell mini storage for two days with no luck. I have very long days at work, 6 days a week so its difficult to find time to makes appointments and answer my phone during the day most of the time. I've been dealing with another storage company who I am completely done with now after being a loyal customer for 17 years, and need a storage unit.
