Called for a second opinion. So glad I did!! Jerry came out within a week and asked a few questions and then methodically started to diagnose the problem. He was professional, respectful and very honest about what was needed and what wasn't. In the end, instead of spending $5400 to replace as recommended by a competitor, I gladly paid $96 for piece of mind that the system is working fine and had 2 worn clips replaced!! Thanks for being awesome!
Once again, Jerry and Ed save the day! They kept our oooooolllllld unit running for many years past it’s expected time! Alas, she finally quit and within 24 hours of our original call we have our new unit ready and running! Thank you so much for all of your swift and hard work!
