I met Dr. JR last year in the heat of my training leading up to my full distance Ironman triathlon. He took the time to listen to what all my training entailed, and gave me exercises to work on at home that helped with my posture both on, and off my bike. He was always available to answer my questions, and even fit me in if I called for a last min appointment. I've had jaw problems for years and didn't realize chiropractic could help. Along with adjusting my spine Dr JR has been working on my jaw for a few months and the improvement is significant. So glad I mentioned it to him.
I am so happy with the care I am receiving from Dr. JR Snell. Being 6 months pregnant, I needed a chiropractor who was skilled in that area who could make me more comfortable during and after pregnancy. In the short time I've been seeing Dr. JR Snell, he has heard my complaints and really tailored my care around my needs. I am looking forward to continued results!
