Honest auto repair shop! – These guys run a reasonable, honest, and surprise free operation. I would give communications and customer service a perfect ten. I have been using this shop for a few years now, and I have never had to bring anything back that wasn't done correctly. I've also never felt like I was over charged, or sold something that I didn't need.

The best auto repair shop in Memphis, TN – A few weeks ago I was involved in an accident no other cars just me myself and a building. So thank goodness that I have a great body shop called Snell Automotive. I have to praise them they took care of everything the only thing I had to do was pick up my car when it was done. The workmanship and customer service is why I go back and oh yeh they clean the cars. If and when I have another loss good thing I know where I will go. Thanks again Snell Automotive
