I had to wait twenty minutes to see anyone to renew my monthly car wash. Annoying,to say the least.
Shame shame on Snell car wash! They have put in some machine to take your money therefore eliminating a job! Really, you aren't making enough millions! The car wash is always busy when I've been there! Hate machines & nothing replaces a friendly smile from a human! Probably will look for a dif car wash!!

Not thorough. Not complete. Not worth the money spent at all. Sure, my car was super dirty when I brought it in, but its still quite dirty in some real obvious and easy to clean places.
I love my Snell Auto Wash, I drive 40 minutes just to get my car detailed. They do a great job
