I have been going to snell since they have opened, staff is friendly and for the most part they do a good job. However today I was not pleased, I had just bought a brand new car on Thursday and it got somewhat dirty from driving it, and I wanted to get it detailed. I payed for the super clean (the one I always go with) they didn't even open my hatch, never cleaned my door jams, and didn't even vacuum the interior! I was impressed with how friendly the young men working were. The car wash was nice. The transition to the interior cleaning was friendly. I barely had made a cup of coffee in the waiting room and they had me done! I highly recommend Snell's wash! Thank you!
