Removing review - pending lawsuit.
Poor management. NEVER returns calls. We had no heating for 2 weeks and when he finally returned my husbands call he said, "ya, the unit is old, I will be out to look at it tomorrow." It took another few days to get the problem, half assed, resolved. I oul go on and on....Steve doesn't care....bottom line.
