When a patient calls and asks if they are in network with a certain insurance plan and what the copay will be, the patient assumes the answer they get is truthful. They have called me twice and texted me three times within the last four days, to be "one of the first to book an appointment at their new location in Naples". My phone number has been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry for over 10 Years! We have never used their services, and after this harassment, we never will. Professional and credible businesses don’t do that.
