I have REPEATEDLY (8 phone calls and 3 emails via website) tried to get ahold of someone to get my 6 year old grandson’s eye glasses since the office was closed and still have not been able to obtain them!! I’ve spoken with 2 doctors who claimed they’d have someone else contact me with no luck. I’ve called corporate office and was told they aren’t able to transfer me to a supervisor so they’d make a “ticket!” Still no luck!! $600 for a year supply of contacts 😳. Should save it and get lasik.

I had a Great experience, was very educated on examination for both glasses and color contacts. Dr. Hinshaw was patient & respectful of all my questions and re- educated me on any issue, felt that I was safe and truthworthy that my eye are in Great care for any disease or future issues. All Staff was educated and helpful to get my order placed especially Maria. I will highly recommend to go again and will be a faithful patient to Visionworks.
Went to vision works for glasses in June, when I recieved them they looked amazing, all my friends complimented me on them. Within the first month the nose piece broke, no big deal I stopped at Wally World and got new ones. Within the second month the metal frames started to discolor, and now 5 1/2 months after purchase the metal broke apart not a screw part that could be fixed but the welded piece. Great place to find glasses – I enjoyed my visit to visionworks. The employees are courteous and professional, Peggy assisted me with finding the right frames and made sure i was content.
