I have REPEATEDLY (8 phone calls and 3 emails via website) tried to get ahold of someone to get my 6 year old grandson’s eye glasses since the office was closed and still have not been able to obtain them!! I’ve spoken with 2 doctors who claimed they’d have someone else contact me with no luck. I’ve called corporate office and was told they aren’t able to transfer me to a supervisor so they’d make a “ticket!” Still no luck!!
