I stopped into the EyeGlass World in Cape Coral with a voucher for an eyeglass promotion. Tom was the person who helped me on that day, and when I returned to pick up my eyeglasses. it took them three weeks to make my glasses when they said it would be a week. they never called me. I had to call them. went in today to pick up my glasses. the whole frames were bent the lens was not even attached to the frames. they still do not fit my face correctly. they are sitting crooked. the sunglasses I got are not the right prescription I can barely see out of them. when he started fitting my sunglasses they fit fine the first time. he put them in the heating machine to fit them better to my face and made them wor... read more

RecommendedGill and Stephan (not sure exactly how to spell it lol) are the two best workers at this location!! There was a hiccup with me getting my glasses tonight and because of their amazing customer service and functional expertise they were able to get me my glasses basically within minutes!! Why would the recording say they’re hours on Sunday are 11-5, so I go up there at 3 and they’re closed? People are in there. Acting like they don’t see me try the door. I’m holding broken glasses in my hand. Thanks for the customer service 👍🏼
My spouse went there a few years ago for eye exam and glasses. Recently he had eye exam done by an eye doctor and was told his glasses were nothing but reader bifocals same think with the sunglasses. Both of them cost close to 900 dollars. He could have purchased same thing at any drug store for 5 dollars or less. Will never go back or give good reviews.
