Mr. Gonzalez called me on a Sunday and said he would come Monday, July 8. He called ahead, was prompt, polite, friendly, and went about his business. My a/c is 25 years old so I expected someone to tell me I needed a new one. Instead it was what I suspected, needed Freon. He waived his service call which was $60, lower than most to start with. We would definitely call him again and also would recommend him.
Called him late in the day and he was out to the house before 5 the next day.
Great reliable reasonable company
The company provided top notch service repairing my 20-year old AC, which was leaking water badly. The technician Chevy Gonzalez was prompt, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and provided solutions. Unlikely some big name companies, who immediately pushed for costly repair or replacement, Chevy offered detailed and honest onions for action. Found problem and fixed it.
The tech was very professional, considerit, and explained things in simple understandable words. The Tech made sure that I understood what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix my problems. The Tech even gave recommendations and costs for maximizing my AC/Heating. We will be using them for all of our AC/Heating projects.
Not sure all good.
